Making Trademark Searching as easy as Google

In 2016/2017, I worked with two Brooklyn Law School students to build a search engine that enables anybody, irrespective of their legal knowledge and background, to upload an image and/or word and receive the probability of receiving a trademark grant by the US Patent and Trademark Office on that mark.

I used natural language processing and machine learning techniques to classify similarity between the given mark and the trademark corpus and won Brooklyn Law School's 2016 Cube Entrepreneurship Contest.
